For our December Holiday Open House, Hiroko Keightley is back to introduce Osechi Ryori (Japanese New Year dish) - おせち料理。

She will show you how to prepare for "Namasu", Daikon and carrot sunomono(酢の物), one of the special dishes of Osechi Ryori.

She will also show ”Ozouni”, (お雑煮)、mochi soup from different regions of Japan.  

You won't want to miss this opportunity to learn a new dish and lean Japanese New Year custom from the food perspectives.
